User is not able to delete application which is already exists

when uploading the same application twice or more user can't delete the duplicate application marked with red color and ( x ) mark with warning

No action performed after clicking on red cross button

Furthermore while uploading an application, It should check the duplicate file name before uploading the whole file content, It will save you the upload time if the application file size is big.
