[UI] Improve warning message for project name

We allow only alphanumeric characters (Warning: The project name must contain only alphanumeric characters.) including _ (underscore) in between.

But If the user put project name like 123NewProject (See screenshot) then user get same warning( (The project name must contain only alphanumeric characters.)

This does not seem to be a proper message/warning for user. IMO, We should imrove it like - "The Project name must not start with _ or numbers".
