vscode not honoring custom cli in MTA settings

      Provide path to custom cli in VScode MTA settings as shown in screenshot .
      I provided path to 5.10. CLI .

      Remove the cli from default path .
      Run analysis . Vscode complains of not having any CLI .

      Tested with MTA v 0.0.54 and Vscode 1.51.
