I used a fresh installation of Fedora 32 (no maven in it) with a fresh download of Code Ready Studio 12.16.0.GA to which I installed MTA plugin v5.0.0

When clicking on "Create MTA run configuration" a "Null pointer exception" error was raised: 

Closing CodeReady Studio, installing maven (with "yum install maven -y") and running it again, made it work.
