Uploading a custom rule using the up-right menu command or using the main analysis dialog , when using rhamt on OCP ( with regular or shared-disk template ), means nothing happens and Application List will appear empty.
On regular template : windup-web pod receives the upload of the rule, it stores it in the filesystem but the executor pod doesnt have it on its filesystem
On shared disk template : file is in the filesystem /opt/eap/standalone/data/windup/rules , but the executor pod complains about dir not found /opt/eap/standalone/data/windup/rules(258/custom.Test1rules.rhamt.xml
