RHAMT 4.3.1 - Release Notes and Known issues

The important thing here is to not obscure the new content added in 4.3.0 with only the changes in 4.3.1. Instead retain the existing list of new features but renumber them, adding one new feature at the beginning.

Section 2.2 has a spelling mistake.
Please replace 'Markteplace' with 'Marketplace'.

This release contains a new set of rules to support migration to the latest release of JBoss Enterprise Application Platform.

2.2 New Rules for migrating to Camel 3
This release contains a comprehensive set of rules for migrating to Apache Camel 3 covering all of the changes detailed in the Apache Camel 3 Migration Guide.
