    Description

      Needed to have the windup-maven-plugin to work solving the issue:

      org.eclipse.aether.transfer.ArtifactTransferException: Failure to transfer org.jboss.windup.rules.apps:windup-rules-java:pom:4.3.1.Alpha1 from http://central.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced.
