Eclipse Tooling needs to be reworded to IDE Tooling.

Replace the text Eclipse Plugin with The IDE Plugin

Rather than just the Eclipse icon I think it would be better to use a more generic icon. The https://www.redhat.com/en/technologies/jboss-middleware/codeready-studio has a great example that I think we could reuse.
