Need the ability to edit an existing configuration.

Last time I looked into this, providing default values for drop-down lists is not supported, so we need to come up with a short-term solution.

Here's some ideas:

• The user can mouse-click on a configuration from w/in the RHAMT Explorer and at that time we can open the JSON file containing the the configurations meta to allow the user to edit the raw JSON text.

... anything else?

NOTE: This relates to WINDUP-2318 (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WINDUP-2318). Which was intended for building a wizard for providing such edit abilities, but since this will no longer be a wizard, I'm pulling this work into this vscode-analysis epic.
