https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WINDUP-2026 introduced a new link to the All Issues static Report to allow all issues to be downloaded as a CSV file.

The attached screenshot shows the link.

The documentation will need to be updated to reflect this new link.

Section 4.1 probably just requires a few words to say 'or alternatively click on the Download All Issues link on the All Issues report).
