RHAMT 4.2.0 Web Console Distribution includes ".failed" deployment files.

    Description

      After downloading the RHAMT 4.2.0 web distribution, the standalone/deployments/ directory contains `api.war.failed` and `rhamt-web.war.failed`.

      There is no functional issue. Starting the web console for the first time redeploys both applications successfully; however, we should not include the failed deployment marker files in the distribution.
