Test the new OCP Templates on Upshift

Write formal Test script then execute them.

There are now two templates for running RHAMT on Openshift. For the 'shared storage' configuration Executer and Web UI Pods have claims to shared RXW storage. The 'standard' configuration instead uses HTTP to transfer the reports from the executer pod to the Web UI. The purpose of this task is to write Test Script is to ensure that each of the RHAMT Openshift templates is reliable and performant. So the User experience is consistently good, the report output content is identical and the execution times comparable. The Test Script can become part of the UAT Regression Test scripts executed for each Release of RHAMT.
