• shared storage to retrieve the reports immediately rather than waiting for the HTTP POST of GBs of data
  • also solves the security issue (max post size is incredibly high on the externally exposed web console pod)
• fix the liveness probe for the executor pod as it depends on the web console pod
• make keycloak optional (covered in WINDUP-2140)
