advanced options not usable on IE9

the "add" button doesn't work - the layout is scrambled - see attached screenshot.

and no, the layout is not due to the preview functionality of my vmware client, this is what you can actually see in full screen - just had to switch to preview to make the screenshot

Tasks to be done here:
1. check lifecycle of WIn7 and IE9
2. depending on that a) either just leave it or b) check with the AMM program if a fix is really needed according to their wisdom from the field and customers. I've never heard any user complain about this, so chances are that this combination isn't heavily used.
