liveness probe for executor pod is tied to web console

Right now the liveness probe of the message executor pod tries to access a JMS resource on the web console pod. now not being able to access those resources can be due to two reasons:
1. something is wrong with the executor pod
2. something is wrong with the web console

failing the liveness probe in the second case is an error.
