The main Migration Reports (Application List, etc.) are shown in a separate browser Window outside of Eclipse.

However if you click on individual issues within the Issue Explorer panel the detail of those issues is still shown within the browser window inside of Eclipse.

For the very first issue clicked on the URL of the issue is shown, but the window not populated with the content. You have to hit the green 'play' icon for the window to populate.

Clicking on other issues after the first one is fine, the browser window populates automatically.
