The http request which is sent when navigating to the execution details (/rhamt-web/projects/<id>/<number>/execution-details) > Rules takes ages.
On my local machine it was about 46 seconds. Remote 48 seconds. this is definitely way too long.

And then zero rules are displayed (see WINDUP-1983)

Seems to be a bug introduced with 4.1.0 - in 4.0.1 the same request (local) takes "only" (and this is quite long for a user) about 7 seconds.
