When using the dialogue boxes to generate the rules there are a couple of problems with the resultant xml.
a). The Dependencies tab is marked with a red cross to highlight an error.
It expects thereto be some content, and to work around it we simply entered a <addon/> tag
b). The xml elements within <perform> aren't generated in the sequence mandated by the XSD.
Again this results in a red cross and an error message.
