Can't Access Reports whne Running RHAMT on Windows

See the attached 3 Screenprints in Windows1/2/3 in that order which illustrates that after running the analysis using Beta4, when the Reports icon is clicked on the Reports aren't accessible.
The final screenshot shows a null pointer exception.
