Deleting custom rules does not work and does not show a message, IF they have been used in an analysis configuration

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Register a custom ruleset
      2. Configure a project to use this custom ruleset
      3. Run the analysis
      4. Attempt to delete the ruleset (nothing happens, but the server log shows an error)
      5. This also happens if the analysis context is reconfigured to no longer use the custom ruleset
