It appears the update site is not getting published to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/oxygen/development/updates/rhamt/

I'm hoping Nick can help with this.

For this release, I changed the parent POM to point to 4.5.1.AM1-SNAPSHOT from 4.4.3.Final. I did this because we've recently moved to Oxygen.
