Various changes to the static reports based upon Marc's repo

I do not know if all of these are covered by the documentation. And, of course, feel free to ask questions if any of them are not clear.

I have included links to the commits themselves, but in general it is probably better to just look at screenshots, IMO. Let me know if you need us to generate a build for you or anything.
