File Upload fails if the token times out during the upload

After the failure, the file upload component is corrupt and no further file uploads can happen.

Steps to reproduce:

• Either set the token timeout to a low value or wait until there is about 15 seconds left in the refresh
• Upload with a slow connection (possibly simulated in the browser)
• The upload will appear to complete but never turn green. Error messages will appear in the console on the client.
• After this, no upload is possible until the browser is reloaded
