File upload: lines spacing and upload percentage

Creating a new project, 2nd step "Add applications" in "Upload" mode:

• weird spacing between uploaded and to-be-uploaded file lines (ref. "Screenshot from 2017-06-11 16-46-26.png")
• upload percentage is centered while file name and size are left aligned so first (about 0-20%) percentage is unreadable (ref. "Screenshot from 2017-06-11 16-46-46.png" where percentage is overlapping with "MB" in file size)
