Improve CLI option descriptions

Was glancing through the help for some of the options (from the web console). These two descriptions stuck out to me as needing an update:

--enableTattletale: If set, Windup will generate a report a Tattletale report for each application.

Get rid of the duplicate "a report" and consider rewording to get rid of "Windup".

--userIgnorePath: User Ignore Path. In case of directory it rakes all the files inside matching the pattern. (Search pattern: *windup-ignore.txt).

What is "rakes" supposed to mean here? Is this a typo?
