OpenShift: Setup URL so that clicking the link in the console takes them to /rhamt-web/

If the user deploys to openshift, the link currently points them to the root of a eap installation without guidance as to how to get into rhamt-web.

Instead, the link should point to something that redirects to rhamt-web.
