ValidateXmlFilesRuleProvider Windup does not finish execution or takes too long

With --offline, Windup 2.7 finishes the app in 40 seconds. Without --offline, Windup spends another 14 minutes in ValidateXmlFilesRuleProvider apparently trying to connect to the url's on xsd on the xml's files.

Some options:
– offiline mode is a default.
– message log with the URL that is not responding
– faster mode to ignore urls
– Faster timeout (shouldn't be waiting minutes for these URLs)
– Caching
– Blacklist some known URLs that will cause problems in this rule?

workaround for anyone who looks this thread , executing ./windup --offline
