Help text says: This report lists the files which were found in the application, but based on certain rules and the Windup configuration, both built-in and local, they were not processed. See the --userIgnorePath Windup option in Windup User Guide.

"Windup User Guide" links to http://windup.github.io/windup/docs/latest/html/WindupUserGuide.html#command-line-arguments which doesn't exist.

We probably shouldn't link to the GitHub wiki or a past version of the Windup docs either. Basically should just remove this link and any others like it, I think.
