The code rendering these isn't using the traversal APIs and is not treating an app as containing things that it contains via a shared archive.

<dansmit> when I run with 3 jee-example-apps, there's stuff tagged in the Shared Libs that isn't tagged in the individual apps, like Weblogic EJB XML
<dansmit> Likewise shared-libs has side reports like EJBs and Server Resources and the individual apps no longer have them
<dansmit> Seems like these things are only credited to the app that has the canonical version of the archive
