Description

This story covers adding a check to the logs tests to check that log files have non-zero size, ensuring they are actually being written to by the services.

Engineering Details

As part of this story, consider adding the WICD WARNING and ERROR logs as optional files to collect (example). 

Acceptance Criteria

Each required log file is checked to make sure it has some content written to it.
