As a WMCO developer, I want to create a CI job that performs an OCP cluster version upgrade so that the WMCO upgrade workflow is tested in a real customer scenario.

Description

The following items should be defined:
Target platform: vSphere

Nice to have

• the injected oc cli should correspond with the OCP version, that is initial and latest (target) OCP versions.

Engineering Details

• Should be a periodic job on the WMCO repo
• at least 2 nodes in the cluster - one BYOH and one MachineSet provisioned

Acceptance Criteria

• periodic job that tests a cluster version upgrade and a subsequent WMCO upgrade in an automated manner covering all supported versions
• captures that WMCO goes from major version to major version (7.0 to 8.0)
