This spike covers the planning tasks necessary to prepare the epic to be ready for implementation.

Tasks:

• Investigate process to test WIP 1.25 rebase PRs from OpenShift core
• Investigate items required for updating WMCO & WMCB (Go, Kube, etc.)
• Create required stories
• Schedule an epic review meeting to review stories and assign story points
• Update epic description for accuracy and completion
• Contact SDN Team to create the branch

Done:

• Epic implementation stories are written and pointed
• Epic description is complete
• Epic can moved to the 'To Do' status
