      Description

      In order to enable GCP Windows support, we must be able to spin up Windows VMs for testing GCP functionality.

      Engineering Details

      Example GCP Windows MachineSets can be found through the content of these PRs
      WINC-844: Document GCP MachineSet creation, WINC-814: Add GCP to machineset.sh

      Acceptance Criteria

      • When ran with /test gcp-e2e-operator, Windows Machines are successfully created. This should be validated through test output. The creation test suite should fail when WMCO is unable to configure the Machines.
