      As part of moving all Windows service configuration to WICD's responsibility. Windows exporter must be added to the service ConfigMap.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • The windows_exporter service is defined in the Windows service configmap
      • windows_exporter is no longer started by WMCO, and is instead started by WICD
