Description

This story covers WICD's additional responsibility to ensure the required files are present as expected on the VM. As part of the `controller` command, WICD should reconcile the instance according to the files and their checksums as defined in the services ConfigMap.

Acceptance Criteria

• When both the service ConfigMap is present in cluster, and the `windowsmachineconfig.openshift.io/desiredversion` annotation is set on a Windows Node object, WICD running on that Node's instance will ensure the node's files exist and are up-to-date
