    Description

      Developer story

      As a WMCO developer I would like to add an optional e2e job that will eventually test that Windows nodes are created successfully in GCP and all e2e tests pass.

      Engineering Details

      Add an e2e to test that launches a GCP cluster with OVN hybrid networking in the release repo. The job should be optional and not run by default and will fail until we add GCP support to WMCO.

      Acceptance Criteria

      An e2e test that can be launched from a WMCO PR only by using /test gcp-e2e-operator.
