      User or Developer story

As a WMCO customer, I should know what minimum Powershell version is supported in the Windows server to avoid Powershell specific syntax issues while WMCO installs required components. Also make sure we update SFTP info on BYOH node for downloading payload into BYOH windows instance.

      Description

When a customer uses the older Powershell version in their Windows server, WMCO is not able to copy/run commands remotely on Windows server and throws an error. We need to update our release/support document with minimum supported version so that customer can install correct Powershell version on BYOH node before they try to join Kubernetes cluster.

Also make sure we update SFTP info on BYOH node for downloading payload into BYOH windows instance.

      Acceptance Criteria

WMCO repo document pre preq should be updated.
      Doc team should be notified.
