As a developer, I want WMCO to use latest sdk-operator code. This keeps our code base close to latest and automatically picks up any critical issues that were addressed over a period of time. This will not have direct impact with end user use case but this will allow us to have latest sdk software in our component.

Currently using 1.23.0 and the version we want to use is 1.32.0 https://sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/upgrading-sdk-version/v1.32.0/
Apply upgrades from 1.23.0 through 1.32.0

Acceptance Criteria

WMCO uses latest OSDK 1.32.0
Docs reflect correct OSDK version
