As a WMCO developer, I want to remove deprecated flags from kubelet service options.

Description

Upstream Kubernetes community merged PR https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/106907# . This PR cleaned up dockershim flags that are getting deprecated. As we move forward to rebase WMCO code base to the latest upstream K8s, this will throw errors if we start Kuebleet with unsupported flags. We need to remove the unsupported flags from the WMCO code base.

Acceptance Criteria

Kubelet should be up and running and make sure deprecated flags are not present in kubelet arg

We should be able to create PODs in Windows node
