Description

This story covers moving the containerd service creation out of WMCO and into WICD. Changes to the WICD bootstrap command are needed, as kubelet will be unable to start without a runtime endpoint provided to it, which means that containerd must be started as part of the bootstrap procedure.

Acceptance Criteria

• WICD bootstrap command starts containerd before kubelet
• WICD controller ensures that containerd has the expected state
