Description

In order to help identify Windows services created as part of the Node configuration process, WICD will be setting the Windows service description to "OpenShift managed". In order to facilitate upgrades from a version without WICD, this tag should be added to all existing services one major version ahead of WICD's GA. Without this, properly cleaning up existing services may not be possible.

• As part of the WMCO configuration process, OpenShift Windows services have their description set to `OpenShift managed`
