    • WinC - Sprint 211

The purpose of this spike is to investigate how WMCO should manage and run csi-proxy.

In-tree storage is deprecated and will be removed in K8s 1.24, leaving customers with no storage options until privileged containers are supported in Windows. Using CSI in Windows requires csi-proxy running on the Windows host to use out of tree plugins such as Azure Disk and vsphere CSI.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      Configuration for csi-proxy is explored
Running csi-proxy as a Windows service is explored and documented
      Complete Enhancement Proposal document.
