As a WMCO user, I want to update the aws-e2e-ccm-install  e2e test job in the openshift/release repo to use containerd runtime in WMCO and test already existing functionality.

Description

This story is to update the aws-e2e-ccm-install e2e test  job to validate containerd runtime. Not expecting any changes in e2e test cases implementation but e2e test job will use containerd based WMCO and test existing WMCO functionality. 

Acceptance Criteria

All existing e2e test cases should pass.
