As an OpenShift user, I would like assurance that Windows Containers functions fully in air-gapped/disconnected environments.

Currently, we have not declared official support as the Windows kubelet pause image has to be pulled from the internet, but a workaround has been identified. We should validate this process ourselves.

See this bug (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-4866) for references about using the --allow-nondistributable-artifacts flag when pushing to a private registry.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Definitive answer for customers regarding WinC support in disconnected environments
      • Docs detailing the process to get workloads running properly
