The hybrid-overlay process creates HNS networks when it runs. If the instance it runs on is configured into a new node, and there are previously created HNS networks, things do not work properly. This is a workaround until hybrid overlay is able to handle this case.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When deconfiguring a BYOH node, HNS networks previously configured by WMCO are removed.
