The ConfigMap controller needs to watch Node objects in order to react to changes that occur. Currently if a node object is deleted, the associated instance will not be reconfigured until a change is made to the windows-instance configmap or the operator is restarted.

Acceptance criteria:

• If a BYOH node is changed the windows-instance configmap should be reconciled.
• If a Windows Machine node is changed the windows-instance configmap should not be reconciled.
