User Story

As a WMCO user, I would like all BYOH Windows nodes to be deconfigured on deletion of the windows-instances ConfigMap.

Description

The windows-instances ConfigMap is provided by a user, detailing all the Windows instances to be added by WMCO. This ConfigMap is the interface that cluster administrators interact with the BYOH functionality of WMCO. Deleting of this ConfigMap should be viewed as a request to deconfigure all BYOH Windows nodes. 

Acceptance Criteria

Deleting of the windows-instances ConfigMap results in the deconfiguration of all BYOH Windows nodes.
