      User story

      As a cluster admin I do not want the WMCO pod to be preempted by user workloads.

      TL;DR:
      If you want your operator/operand not to be preempted by user-workload but still be OOMKilled use system-cluster-critical priority class

      Acceptance Criteria

      WMCO pod must use system-cluster-critical priority class
