As a WMCO developer I would like WMCB to have an option to uninstall the kubelet.

Engineering details

Uninstalling the kubelet using WMCO is required for adding support for Windows BYOH given there is no "deleting" BYOH instances when a cluster administrator wants to remove a BYOH Windows worker instance from the cluster. Instead WMCO will need to uninstall the services it has installed of which kubelet is one and it is managed by WMCB. The decision regarding the future of WMCB can wait until the BYOH feature is complete.

Acceptance criteria

• WMCB command line option to uninstall the kubelet
• e2e test to exercise this feature
