      As an OpenShift engineer, I want to ensure that OLM doesn't upgrade WMCO while WMCO is upgrading the Windows nodes. This ensures that WMCO can smoothly transition from one EUS version of OpenShift to another.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      A story or a PR to ensure that WMCO is not upgraded while it is upgrading the nodes.

      Engineering details:

      OLM team has provided some info how to set the status of a OLM managed operator to ensure that OLM doesn't replace CSV for upgrade.
